Most of her clients are referrals or repeat customers. She has taken this recipe for success and transferred it to over to her brokerage. Her agents are her clients and she prides herself on the quality of each agent as opposed to the quantity. An eye for detail, combined with time-tested communication skills enable her to coach and collaborate with her agents, cooperating agents, and all nature of clients. The guiding question is always, "What is the right thing to do for the client"? In December 2016, Cami had the honor of being awarded Broker/Manager of The Year by the Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors. She currently serves as the Association's President. She also serves as a Director for the California Association of Realtors. Born in Berlin, Germany, Cami moved to Northern California at age eight. She attended San Diego State University and graduated from Cal State Channel Islands University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. A promotion for her husband found her suddenly living in Southern California. She has traveled the world and had wonderful opportunities to meet folks from all walks of life.
